For some reason the gnuwin32 tar does not support the gunzip and untar in the same process. So you will need to gunzip file.tar.gz tar xvf file.tar If you are running linux you can do both of these in the same step with tar zxvf file.tar.gz There is another method that works with older versions of tar where you "gunzip file.tar.gz | tar xv" or something like that. ______________________________________________________________________ You are receiving this email because you elected to monitor this forum.
