This version of WGET has a system access exploit vulnerability which was initially reported in October 2005 which is (oddly enough) still not patched. See here: http://secunia.com/advisories/17192/ Please either patch the application to a minimum "safe" level of 1.10.2 or remove it entirely so that it can no longer be downloaded by unsuspecting users.
