It seems that in the recent restructuring by SourceForge of its site, it has
moved releases marked as old ('invisible') to some backup directory. I will
see whether they can be recovered, but it is difficult and extremely slow to
get a view of this directory.Also, as far as I remember, the texinfo package
from GnuWin32 has never had a working info. Moreover, for the documentation
from GnuWin32 packages, you are probably much better off by using the pdf's
of the info files, which are distributed with the package. Info files that do
not have a pdf version, can be read by means of the TkInfo program
(http://math-www.uni-paderborn.de/~axel/tkinfo/)
