Did you guys fix this issue?
I get the same error when I try to add an environment variable to a 
pipeline.

I'm having the same issue on this version:
Go Version: 16.12.0 (4352-018c65856d46007240cc75577e9cc8535b44148d). 

The change you wanted was rejected.

Maybe you tried to change something you didn't have access to.
