Ok, the solution attempts fail!

But i fixed the problem with following way

1. Uninstall GoCd Server
2. Uninstall GoCdAgent
3. Reinstall GoCdServer and Agent

Now everything works great.

It was really painful.

I think performing restore from backup just did not work.

Can you please share with me how can i only get backup for pipeline
configurations ? I dont want to use GOCd backup -restore procedure. Which
part of the xml config, can you help me please ?
