Hi,

A pipeline in GoCD is *flaky* if its status has changed from green to red
frequently across last X builds.

Similarly, a test in GoCD is *flaky* if its status has changed from green
to read frequently across last X builds.

I want to understand:

1. Which pipelines are the most flaky?
Sure, I can look at the builds history, but I would like to calculate a
single number from it instead of browsing through it. How can I do it in
GoCD?

2. Which tests are the most flaky?
For Jenkins there's [Test Results Analyzer][1] plugin. Even if it does
not provide single numbers (flakiness metric), it ease scanning test status
across recent builds. However, I haven't found anything like that for GoCD.
