indeed. This project is just a simulation of GoCD logic and can thus 
contain logical discrepancies / bugs. As the analysis is just a hint that 
something is not quite right, it would probably need a new UX concept, so 
as not to disturb operators and viewers with the current warning mechanism.
There are a couple of examples, e.g. Git Extensions or the Redmine config 
checks
