Not really. One is from within jruby and jruby-rack warning about a property that jruby doesn't think is used, but is used by jruby-rack. The second is by SLF4J (logger) saying that it is started, with no configuration. It'll eventually find the configuration and will start logging it. They're harmless and can be ignored.
