Don't know. Maybe the agent is crashing or losing contact with the server.
if you're using spot instances, maybe the instances are being reclaimed.
Maybe the agent is being terminated for some reason.

You'll need to check the agent logs and the elastic agent plugin logs to
figure out what is happening, and correlate with ECS - not just look at the
GoCD UI for a job.
