CRIS + Open Access = The Route to Research Knowledge on the GRID
An interesting title for this meeting. At the EuroCRIS 2004 meeting in May, Antwerp, I gave an invited presentation that might be summarised as: e-science data reports + institutional archives (open access papers) + research assessment tools = CRIS http://wwwoud.eurocris.org/conferences/cris2004/abstracts/hitchcock.html A slightly different interpretation.
