Dear Heather, Thanks for this and for your ongoing efforts in tracking OA developments. A small correction: DOAJ foresees its 2.5 millionth article not 250 millionth). I think it would be good if OA indexing and aggregating services, esp. the non-commercial ones (SHARE, Base search, DOAJ search, Scielo, CORE etc.) started to also refer to each other, more than presenting themselves as the one place to go for discovery in an open world.
