Panjim-Betim Ferry stops ferrying Vehicles? It was really embarrassing moment for some two wheelers when they came in full speed to board ferry only to turn back from the ferry boat's ramp as vehicles are not allowed from now? They should have put up a notice board at a prominent place or a circular in the local press (I may have missed to read one). It was since yesterday the 3rd August 2009, the ferry ‘Amona’ ferries only passenger on foot and off course bicycles. Is it a permanent arrangement or due to the ferry ‘Amona’ being the smaller ferry boat (as some people say)?
