Wash meat, add water, salt, garlic, ginger, one sliced onion, and coriander powder. Bring to a boil and cook on medium heat till meat is soft. Heat oil in a sauce pan; saute 2 sliced onions on medium heat till they turn brown. Add chili powder and curry powder. Sprinkle a few drops of water to avoid burning. Add boiled meat and fry until it browns; add meat broth. As soon as the mixture starts boiling, add presoaked rice and cook on low heat until rice is done. If broth is not enough, add some hot water. Serve hot. NOTE: This can be served with chutney, pickles, or yoghurt.
