PRESS NOTE: Launch of a book club in Goa PANJIM, Nov 16: Goa-based alternative publishers Goa,1556 and the State's largest bookshop, Broadway Book Centre, are to jointly launch a new book club that will focus entirely on writing about Goa. It will meet on the third Thursday of each month, and the first meeting will be on Nov 18 at 5 pm at Broadway, on 18th June Road, Panjim.
Books in any language can be discussed at The Third Thursday Goa Book Club, as long as related to Goa. Membership of the club is free. Authors, bibliophiles, book reviewers, readers and collectors of Goa books are specially welcome.
