Tim, Pray tell me what they are using the sand for? And please don't say it is for construction as I always thought that you could not use salt contaminated sand with cement. In fact, if I remember correctly, POW's in WWII who were forced to do construction work used to mix salt into concrete so that it would weaken the structure.
