In Italy the legal system is skewed. When the Socialists were governing, they got decisions in their favour and now Berlusconi, who has over a dozen cases against him is using his power as PM to get the court to rule in his favour. What a traversty. In India decisions are postponed sine die and as they say "Justice dekayed is justice denied". India needs a revolution and its legal system must be reviewed and strengthened. This is what happens when the judiciary and the legislature are intertwined and interfered with instead of being detached - one from the other.

The lawyer's profession is a noble one. We should be ready to oppose and
fight  illegal and unjust judgements. We should never give up striving for
justice and the Supreme Court should always be the ultimate resort to
justice
