Friends, My message of the 5th was rejected by goanet-admin as it was found to be too big. "goa-portuguese", though, relayed it in its entirety and for "goa-goans" I had to incorporate the attachment in the body of the message, as that list doesn't accept attachments. I am therefore: (a) relaying below my said message of the 5th and Heta Pandit's message to me of the same date, and (b) posting separately the message contained in the attachment to Heta's mail.
