Mr Naik condemning the attitude of some of the stall owners to take the customers for a ride said " when I visited some of the stalls at the shopping fair, I found that most of the packages of the commodities available with the traders had their original Maximum Retail Price (MRP) declared/ printed by the manufacturers, smudged off". Mr Naik further briefed that in case of some of the packages, stickers mentioning the increased prices were fixed by the traders themselves, in place of the original MRP price tags and a massive discount was offered on this illegally increased rate.
