How about a Fatwa against BBC for demeaning Hindu religion? Do you want the Hindus
in Britain, to start a 1000 year war or something? The British are yet to resolve the issues
related to Ireland and have to now to get ready for the Iraq war!!

Anybody saying anything against the Hindu religion does not make it less appealing to me!
I think it is the religious fanaticism that has brought about a lot of problems for
this world. To those who try to be critical of Hinduism and its deities, I would only
like to say, 'Help them God because they know not what they do!'.

Well a good part of the blame can be attributed to Hindu Indians. Muslim
Indians and Muslims generally would not tolerate demeaning of their
religion. For instance the programme shown by the BBC the Kumars at 42 which
I saw two days ago on BBC 2 showed the god Ganesh and also another Hindu God
and clearly fun was poked at . At the end of the show the figurine of Ganesh
was given to the singer Lulu to take home.

The Kumars at 42 have also in the past poked fun at Christianity and on that
occasion the BBC was inundated with complaints. To my knowledge most of the
actors/actress are Hindu Indians.

It seems to me that the Hindus in the U.K. only worship money. They aspire
to enrich themselves. I say good luck to them if that is all they have in
life !!
