KULAGARS ARE MAN-MADE WONDERS: If kulagars are being tapped for eco-tourism, it comes as no surprise. WILL NRI'S ACCEPT? "If Victor Menezes, with whom the Chief Minister, Manohar Parrikar, is reported to have had very fruitful discussions, were to arrive in Goa tomorrow and got to the Chief Minister's official residence the probability is that he will not be able to meet the Chief Minister at all. The experience of those, who have taken the Chief Minister at his word and have dropped in to see him, has been horrendous. This is because the office of the Chief Executive of Goa is badly organised and the staff is so unfriendly that it is enough to put off anybody". (Edit in Herald)
