It would be plain and simple if they could substitute the Saudi work force for expats. The turth is that the Saudis all want managerial positions or positions where they have little or no work to do. It seems that they feel it is a given right for them to obtain such positions. I worked in Saudi Arabia for over 7 years and met very few Saudis who were willing to work. Many of them that did work were second generation Palestinians who became Saudis.
