Shiv, Perhaps the real solution would be to consume less, waste less, and avoid 'planned obsolence' in a way that is less wasteful of the planet's resources. In the case of computers, was shocked to learn that there are some 350 million junked computers worldwide. To a large extent, the 'bloatware' nature of modern software has resulted in computers being made redundant before their time....
