Good News to all Goans The Sancoale Village Panchayat Body has approved a resolution not to issue license to any firm/organization to set up factory or industrial unit at Sancoale unless it submits a list of manpower requirements and signs an agreement guaranteeing 80% jobs for youth of Sancoale and neighbouring villagers first, if available and �then for others.� The remaining for non-Goans if qualified/trained Goans� for certain posts are not �available. Sancoale Panchayat is seeking help from lawyers, NGOs, etc. to help draft a proper agreement and requests for comments/views from Goans on this issue.
