MY FRIEND journalist Niraj Naik aka Niraj Manav (Herald, 1980s and
1990s) spent a brief stint in Malaysia and has subsequently re-invented
himself as editor-publisher of Goa's "first and only IT newspaper". It's
a 12-page fortnightly and comes out in tabloid size. It gives a good
update of computing issues in Goa.

For a journo in Goa, this is no mean achievement. More so, since
opportunities here are so limited.

Incidentally, Niraj is building Goa's first *email and website directory*.
For as little as Rs 25, you could get your email or website listed. It
would be nice if we could have an elaborate section listing expats. What
say?

If anyone is willing to sponsor this section, we could go about collating
the material. Alternative, all of us interested could subscribe (though
collecting Rs 25 from each person could be the more tedious part).

For more details on advertising in this directory, please contact
[EMAIL PROTECTED] (Attn Niraj/Sangeeta). Regards, FN
