Dear TIPCA Members and Friends:

In  solidarity with Goans and  various organizations all over the world,
celebrating  the 4th World Goan Day, which is officially held on August 20th
,
2003 the world over, TIPCA has joined hands in celebrating this " Goa Day "
with a 'GOAN  NITE  EXTRAVAGANZA'  on Saturday, August 23rd, from
6 pm to 11  pm at  St. Laurence Parish Hall,  to which all TIPCA members and
non-members are warmly welcomed, including our Goan Hindu brethren living
in Houston.


The highlights of the evening will be :

  a..  Nostalgic Goan music
  b..  Goan mandos and dulpods
   c..  Goan dances by our youth group
  d..  Authentic Goan food  (pl.see below)
  e..  And of course dancing for everyone.

  To cover the rental cost of hall, etc. there will be a nominal charge of
  $4 per head. Children 8 and under free.  To gain admission please pay in
   advance by check favoring TIPCA, latest by August 18, and mail to:
