As Goans we must realize, recognize and acknowledge at least to ourselves 
(if not in public) that -- credit is due where credit is deserved.

I have said this before, and I will say it again that Fred Noronha has by 
far made concrete contributions to the Goan community.  Some of us may not 
agree with him on his certain viewpoints, but that does not mean that we may 
asperse Fred’s work.
