How did we allow one of those Nigerian scam artist's appeal letter get published on GoaNet ? I have been inundated with appeals from various official sounding Nigerians, appealing to one's greed, where if one is dumb enough to give them one's account number or forward some money, they will get a bounty worth millions of dollars. Now they have penetrated GoaNet. We may consider Goa corrupt, but we are definitely out of the league when compared to the corruption in Nigeria.
