Hi Thomas, sorry, but Goas not the place for spear fishing or scuba diving because the water is quite muddy. Try andaman and nicobar islands, or the Lakswadeep islands, which are great for diving. The sharks off Goa are plentiful, but not close to the coast. You see them about 10 miles from the coast in deeper waters. regards, Gilbert.
