What Goa needs is new structures blended with the existing architecture or with architectural content as most of the new buildings in Panaji are lacking in aesthetics. Since Panaji is very small, places like Dona Paula, Taleigao, S Cruz and Porvorim, besides Aguada can be used for the construction of mini theatres to accommodate 200 people in each multiplex.
