In the U.K. For those who didn't know it is called black pudding, it is
easily available in supermarkets and most butchers except of course the
halal ones. In the U.K most people do away with the heart, guts and pigs
ears! just good old belly pork and pigs liver (melts). The true aficionados
make with pigs head, mmmm.
