Headline: Intel wins huge order in India using ancient Celerons.    Excerpts:   10,000 houses will be provided with computers to people in Goa this year, and they all appear to use 1GHz Celeron processors.   The machines include a 1GHz Celeron, an 810e mobo, a 15-inch CRT monitor, a modem, a 40GB hard drive and a 52X CD-ROM, the reports add.   Does anyone need more power than this?
