The letter on behalf of Shri Parrikar dated September 27, 2003, however, is absolutely the limit. The so called "lawyer's notice" could not have been drafted by anybody who has ever been to a law school. It is a brainless and gross act of intimidation, which if challenged, will invoke the severest judicial strictures. Response: The News papers should challenge this by continuing to publish. This in turn should invite an injunction, if granted to the C.M. - this Injunction can than be sought to be put aside and a Court hearing should take place.
