the NRI Facilitation Centre. But was he or wasn't he appointed by the
Government - or rather, by the Chief Minister - of Goa? If yes, he cannot be
deemed to be "non-official", can he?"
- What I meant by the term "non-official" was that he was not a Government
servant holding an official post. Perhaps it was not the appropriate term to
use - I stand corrected!
