Thanks Filomena & others. No, I did not see CM of GOA but sent several emails as an individual plus as a Goan-NRI group owner Estd.Aug/2003(277 members). It seems, he treats all our mails as 'junk mail' never got any reply since Aug. last year.
Also, wrote to Herald/Navhind times. Right now I am in UK, soon going to GOA and I will definetly see him this time.hope its not too late. However,I could have seen him during my past visits to GOA.
