Dear subscribers:
I am of Goan origin and Canadian citizenship. I have been
hearing lately that there is a bill before the Indian Parliament to
allow dual citizenship. I have been trying to research this 'rumour'
and have not made any progress to date - including an inquiry with the
Indian High Commission here.
Have any of you been following this devbelopment and what can
you tell me about its putpose, intended benefits, status etc? Is there
a website I can go to and bone up on this item?
