M L Naik has a Dip in Computers 2 years relevant experience NOT a landloser quoted Rs.80,000 E Valles having experience in running a cybercafe NOT a landloser quoted Rs.1,10,101 Mr S N Desai B E electronics has 2 years relevant experience is a 68% landloser ALL ABOVE ARE GOANS Instead one Krishnamurti Hebbar from Honavar Editor certificate holder in Comp and Hardware training who claims to be the son of a land loser 84.17% or 76.98% has been alloted the Cybercafe on 9.12.2003 on the basis of 100% landloser Why should the people of Goa not be given preference in their own State? Have the people of this State not sacrificed their land for the Railways ? Why are the Members of Parliament sleeping? What is the Chief Minister of Goa and the MLA's doing to protect the interest of the people of Goa. Can Goans first not be implemented in this Corporation.
