It might be what one Goan (like Godfrey JI Gonsalves) wants, but not what 
another Goan (like Eddie Fernandes) wants. Needless to say, what stand one 
takes depends on not just ethnicity, but a whole lot of other issues. 
Including the position we see ourselves in, access to opportunity, etc. FN

 Pardon me, but if Goans are given preference in "their own State" does it
 not mean that by the same measure they should be treated less favourably
 than the "locals" not only in Mumbai, Delhi and Kolkata but also in Kuwait,
 London and New York?
