Winds of change have been blowing in our direction. We've moved into a brand new
office. Bigger, better, with a lot more style and space. Our staff has grown, our
services have increased and we're happier than ever to serve you. At the same address!!
While our office has become more interactive, our website is getting a new look too -
in keeping with our new approach: style + interactivity! We're in the final stages of

It's carnival time again! And it's all happening in and around Panjim for four days
starting February21st. This year's Carnival is slated to be bigger and merrier. There
will be traditional floats based on themes, Panjim will wear a decorated look (in
fact, there's also a competition for the best decorated shop in Panjim!), there'll be
plays (tiatrs), fancy dress, dance and other competitive and fun activities. The
parade will end in a rock show at the parade ground at Campal.
While the Government is doing all it can to encourage the Carnival spirit, Goa's Chief
Minister is lobbying with the Centre to relax the CRZ (Coastal Regulation Zone), noise
pollution and FAR (Floor Area Ratio) laws and regulations in the state. Which all
translates to good news for property owners and buyers. We'll let you know how it
goes. Meanwhile, come for the carnival and stay on for fun!
