Subject: Height of Progress Goans are known to be very articulate and very progressive. Recently I have noticed we have evolved to new heights. Individuals have in the past posted an opinion or a supposed fact on the Goanet. Then, when they (authors) are requested to back the statements, conclusion or anecdotal case with statistics or more specific information, we see the response: "You do the research and prove me wrong!"
When the research is presented, it is called 'revision history'. Big words! But no statistical facts or reference to contradict the 'revision history'. By the way: Is not this the approach or "Modus Operandi" of the Inquisition (1560-1812) which many of these individuals have condemned? But they practice the same 200-400 years later. :=)) Very intellectual ani progressive. :=)) I have some data regarding the inquisition which I will post in about two to three weeks. But those who expect me to do the research to prove and / or refute their or someone else's "off the cuff statements" or impressions like linking the Goan Inquisition to the Jews, Crypto-Jews, Christians, Hindu, Muslim, etc, may have the wrong impression of my interests.
