No! President Pandurang has a better idea. He will give an award to
the best Goan internet historian of the year. Only those who are good
at copying from websites, junk emails and chain letters are qualified
to receive this award. Those who have studied history in the
classroom or read historical books and documents will be
disqualified. Those who have written a book or an article on Goan
history are eligible as long as all the material contained in it is
copied from flashy websites, junk emails and chain letters, and also,
as long as the source of the copied material is not cited or
acknowledged. This is a great opportunity for all plagiarists to
finally receive some recognition for their efforts. Please spread the
word in all Goan forums, and to highly skilled plagiarists who are no
longer subscribed to this mailing list.

Cheers,

Santosh
