Airbus A320 was not renamed AirCoffin, after the 1st crash at the airshow in Paris, in 1988.
Humour apart, accidents do happen and one cannot blame Governments for it.

In view of the current happening, the Goa Govt. is seriously considering
a proposal to rename the sky bus as sky coffin. A formal notification regarding
the same is expected soon.
