Thanks. :) Regarding your question , according to a press report in Goa Plus on Rear Admiral Sinha on July 16, 2004, the Dabolim airfield was apparently taken over by the Ministry of Defence after liberation and handed over to the Indian Navy in April 1962 'for its use and also acting as the custodian on behalf of the Government of India'.
