Loony Left? Isn't that a figment of the imagination in the US? Ralph Nader's not-quite-there-efforts notwithstanding.
I thought all politics in the US came in three variants -- Right, Far Right, and Furthest Right. Much of what we hear as criticism of the system seems to be anyway coming from people with a position right of Genghis Khan ;-)
