Cecil,
You are beginning to sound like George W. when he
says, "in you are not with us, you are against us."
I have no problems being Goan, Tanzanian and Canadian.
I have assimilated the best from each of the three
cultures and thats who I am today.

Similarly, a person who lives in Goa but who calls
himself a Keralite does not necessary have divided
allegiances.

So you want to migrate to Canada and not be a
Canadian? This surely must be a variation of Woody
Allen's, "The food here is terrible and the portions
are too small." :-)
