Fred, We have a number of universities in the UK which collaborate with local institutions in places like China, Malaysia, Brunei, Mauritius, East and West Africa, to generate high quality nurses with UK recognised qualifications. Costs are thus kept low as the students do not have to go to high cost countries like the UK. Indeed China trains many many nurses locally, but through UK universities for the sole purpose of exporting those trained nurses! The repatriated financial returns are proving to be substantial to China. It may be worth exploring this route to rapidly generate good guaranteed quality nurse training in Goa. Cornel
