Public money, private interest

If Mr Parrikar chooses not to give Govt advertisements
to a newspaper that dares to give the people the truth
then what are the people going to do. After all it is
public money. And in a democracy the government is of
the people.
Why should Mr Parrikar be cooly allowed to use public
money for his personal interests?
The opposition may have lost their balls to all the
skeletons in their cupboard but can't we do something?
May be a PIL?
The NGOs? OK OK I am getting a bit too idealistic. But
a few journos, who have still not sold their souls,
certainly can do something at least on this score.
