It appears that a new Chairman has been appointed by the Board of the G.O.A. (U.K.). This item is to be confirmed at the A.G.M (Annual General Meeting). This is a new ploy by Directors, to elect their own people to the posts of Directors - thereby doing away with elections.
Members have not been informed that the previous Chairman has resigned! Or have they and I missed this completely?

Addition: It has just occured to me, since the Members have not been notified of the previous Chairman's resignation, could it be that he was ousted?
