This is just a 'refresh' for those who have forgotten one of Mr Parrikar's promises during the Poinguinim bye-elction. Well the foundation stone for the Galgibaga and Talpona bridges on the NH-17 bypass will be laid on 26th Jan 2005. Details of time etc of the ceremony are likely to be intimated by the authorities 'soon'
