Since you seem seriously concerned let me refer you to a brief article called "A Massive Extinction of Logic" by Patrick J. Michaels, a senior fellow in environmental studies at the Cato Institute, which can be seen at: www.cato.org/dailys/01-13-04-2.html The article discusses the computer models that are used to alarm you. For you Brits, the Cato Institute is an independent and highly respected think tank. Think about it, Gabe. What possible effect can any change in a fraction of 0.036% of the earth's atmosphere have on global warming? Not a change in the 0.036%, but a fraction of the 0.036%. This is like piddling in a lake and expecting the salt content of the lake to be affected. Why don't you question why they exclude from their supposed solution two of the 4 largest economies in the world, India and China, which have no environmental controls to speak of right now?
