Folks, After listening to the debate here, I think the vestiges of the caste system is actually a good thing.
It allows for young women to separate the men from the boys. Surely, the young men who tell their sweethearts that they need to consult their daddy and mummy in order to get married, are going to remain a bachelors forever?
